The Apartments

The property consists of approximately seven acres of land, half of vineyards, olive groves for the other half, but the Italian name of the farm suggests the presence of kitchen gardens providing excellent fruits and vegetables in season.
In the middle of the property stands a tuscany typical stone farmhouse, recently renovated with great care and attention to details: the olive oil cellar with brick vaults, the ancient cypress doors, stone sinks and terracotta jars. On one side of the building there's the apartment of the owners, in the other side, on the first floor, there are two adjoining flats with two bedrooms, for a total of 4 beds each.
Each apartment has its own kitchen with dining table and sitting area and a bathroom with shower. A beautiful garden surrounds the apartments on two sides of the house. The house is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees:the apartment "vite" faces the garden in front of the house and the vines covering the slope that descends to the valley, the apartment "olivo" faces the olive grove surrounding the other side of the house.
The apartments have a kitchen with fridge, electric oven and hob. On request there is a washing machine for laundry. Each apartment has got a private parking at the entrance of the farm. The apartments can be rented individually or together for larger families. Fruits and vegetables of the kitchen garden are offered to the guests.
